Frequently asked questions about the Pacey Cuff™

NEW Pacey Cuff™ Videos - Questions & Answers

We receive a lot of questions from users about how to use the device. These are some of the most frequently asked questions.

Question: The Pacey Cuff™ is pinching my skin. How can I avoid this?

Answer: When you attach the Pacey Cuff make sure you have the small foam flap down. The flap should not be folded. Once the Pacey Cuff is in place, try to push any trapped skin out of the edges.

Question: I’m still leaking after putting on the Pacey Cuff. How do I stop the leaking?

Answer: If you are leaking, you need to tighten the cuff on the top and the bottom. Take the Pacey Cuff off and turn it over. You can adjust the bottom strap by sliding it to a tighter setting. The higher the number the tighter the cuff. Now you can put the cuff back on and secure the top strap. If after tightening the settings you still have leaking you may wish to try a smaller sized Pacey Cuff.

Question: Is there a difference if you are not circumcised?

Answer: If you have an uncircumcised penis, ensure that the foreskin is not pulled back as you apply the cuff.  Do not place the Pacey Cuff on the head of the penis. If you attach the cuff you must not place behind the head. If it is not placed behind the head, any movement will cause the Pacey Cuff to slip off.

In both cases, whether circumcised or not, apply the Pacey Cuff as close to the base (close to the body) as possible.
